 All RV Tech Pro services come with a 90 days warranty on workmanship. We are not a parts vendor and so are not able to offer a warranty or guarantee on the parts themselves this warranty will be from the manufacturer of the part. 

 RV Tech Pro is certified to provide warranty repairs on all recreational vehicles (RVs) and motorhomes.

Please note that we require upfront payment for warranty repairs due to the sometimes lengthy reimbursement period. Upon completion of the repairs, you will be able to request reimbursement directly from the warranty company or the manufacturer or RV TECH PRO if payment is made to us directly.

We recommend verifying with your warranty company what is covered and not covered, such as parts shipping credit card processing fees, travel charges, and labor rates.

No, due to the complexity of RV systems and components we are not able to diagnose your problem over the phone. If you have a problem, please schedule a diagnostic appointment.

Our base travel fee is $60 and that covers repairs in or near Columbia, SC (within a 25 mile radius of the 29052 zip code).  If you are in need of a repair and are outside of this range, we are happy to come to you! Our travel rate for repairs outside of Columbia is $2.80 per mile.

As a small, independent operator it is not possible for us to keep an inventory of replacement parts for the vast number of RVs on the market. What we do instead, is provide owners with the part number and then let them acquire the part themselves. This helps keep your costs low as you are able to avoid dealer parts markups or even purchase refurbished parts if desired. 

 RV Tech Pro services are billed at $150 per hour. 

 We accept all major credit cards, as well as Google-Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and CashApp. We are not able to accept checks.
